Yunus Rubidge has more than 35 years experience in the supply chain management industry. During this time, he has worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Dresser-Rand, Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Eskom as well as a Procurement Specialist at the SABS. To balance out his public-sector experience he has also held senior positions at the University of the Witwatersrand, Vodacom, Sasol Nitro, De Beers Diamond Mining and Daimler Chrysler. Yunus is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). This wealth of knowledge covers the length and breadth of all the supply chain functions, procurement and related topics from Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Supplier Management, Policy and Strategy development, Contract Management and Cost reduction techniques, tender support and everything in between. Tebogo Molobye is a dynamic and innovative Industrial Engineering Graduate from Wits University with extensive experience in business process improvement. She is professionally affiliated with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA, Reg Nr. 2018200090) and the South African Institute of Industrial Engineers (SAAIE Membership Nr.:3098). She is also a strong operations professional with both international and local business process improvement experience. Her international experience includes working in Poland and Germany for Yasa Motors on a root cause analysis and business process improvement project, while locally, she has successfully spearheaded process improvement and optimization initiatives for South African Airways Technical (SAAT) and Murray & Roberts Power and Energy on their Kusile Power Station Project. During just the first two years of working for Murray & Roberts, Tebogo received awards from the project director and the Murray & Roberts group CEO in recognition of her continuous outstanding performance for projects including one that resulted in risk mitigation of just over R28 million. These accolades bear testimony to her strong capabilities.
